"46 Union Street" is an unique manuscript wherein author Bruce Kesselman chronicles the history of the Rho Upsilon fraternity, as well as other than Greek reminder fraternities at Rutgers University from 1845 to 2006. Such fare may not healthy like the ideal fascinating pulp, but Kesselman offers not simply a detailed account of time in and out of the "frat" houses, but a cycle of short-stories that come off as a totally pleasant read, even for those of us with no frat-house go through.

The Rho Upsilon section of Alpha Epsilon Pi is a Jewish frat based on June 2, 1956. Kesselman recalls, some in pictorials and anecdotes, the antics and accomplishments of the members and alumni of that system. Literally hundreds of pictures carry personality to the names, places and profiles recounted in "46 Union Street" and asymptomatic arm the abruptly graphic tales and recollections of lodge enthusiasm at Rutgers during the long-gone various decades.
